To help us assist you more quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
• A brief description of your question or issue
• Clear photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update or cancel an order.

Because our products are prepared after an order is placed, we can only approve changes or cancellations before production begins. Requests submitted more than 6 hours after an order is placed might not be approved.

RETURNS

Please contact us and receive return authorization before sending any product back.

Do not mail returns to our public business address unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so. An approved return address and instructions will be provided when applicable.
